FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS AND ITEM CO-DESIGN

After carrying out an accurate and meticulous phase of data gathering and analysis of the article and the potential critical issues that could arise in the process, we support our customers with the development and modelling of the 3D stamping part, making it suitable right from the start of the process for its industrialization, and expedite in this way the subsequent stages of the process.

FEM SIMULATION

The various stamping stages are simulated with the best FEM software by designers with thirty years of experience in cold metal forming, in order to optimize the article’s geometry, and drastically reduce the timeframe for the die’s tuning.

ANALYSIS AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE STAMPING METHODOLOGY:

The development of the correct stamping methodology represents the real key to success. In fact, leaving room for the oscillation of variability indexes would otherwise irreversibly compromise the robustness and solidity of the stamping process.

Our extensive experience allows us to formulate performing and reliable solutions, with consequent customer’s maximum optimization of the operating margins.

With the analysis and development of the executive methodology service, we support the customer with the drafting phase offer, to achieve a successful purchase.

DIES BREAKDOWN AND ESTIMATION:

Once the drafting of the method has been completed, we can also support the customer with an estimate of the die, by calculating the amounts of the various processing phases, and by comparing them with more than 500 previously manufactured dies, in order to ponder with the client the best competitive market offer.

DESIGN & ENGINEERING

The design and engineering is undoubtedly the most important phase of the entire production process and requires precision, meticulousness, and several decades of experience in the stamping field.

Before starting each project, we make sure that all the necessary information is appropriately collected and systematised: from the analysis of the article’s assembly, to the information relating to the specific production setting of the customer, to the technical data sheets of the primary and secondary presses, as well as any technical specifications of the process as a whole.

We are well aware of the importance of details, communication, and precision.

For over twenty-five years we have been designing a wide range of stamping dies in their various architectures: compound and manual dies, transfer and semi-transfer dies, deep drawing and embossing dies, dies with incorporated mechanical and electronic threading unites, automated dies with in-die fastening automation, dies for progressive drawing and progressive dies in general – the latter representing our major specialization.

MANUFACTURING AND TRIAL

The ever-growing demand for the supply of tested and fine-tuned “turnkey” dies leads us to continuously improve our toolshops’s loyalty, so that we can guarantee the compliance with quality standards, while respecting deadlines.
